Free shipping is available for our customers anywhere in the United States on all reconditioned ball screw assemblies via UPS Ground.

Even if you decide to not use our repair services, we will ship it back to you free of charge.

If you are needing a rush service, we suggest using UPS next day air, or UPS Second Day Air to assure that we receive your ball screw assembly in a timely manner.

We are able to expedite your return shipment for your repair, however, we will require a customer account number, or we are happy to add the charges to your current invoice.

Below is an example of an expedited repair and return shipment

If your part is longer than 9ft. and/or heavier than 150 lbs. it will require a freight or courier service.

Customers are responsible for any shipping charges incurred for shipping methods outside of our free ground shipping.

We recommend shipping large parts in a wooden box or crate that is durable enough to protect it during transit.

When returning your repaired part we make sure to use a suitable container and if necessary we will build a new crate.

Ball screw assemblies and other machine parts are valuable and precision pieces of equipment that should be handled carefully and well protected during shipment, even before it is rebuilt.

When sending us your part(s), be sure that it is shipped in a secure box, crate, reinforced cardboard box, or a PVC tube. Make sure to include all accompanying parts that are associated with your assembly.

Please be sure to attach a packing slip that includes the business name along with the best point of contact to help us identify it prior to evaluation.
